Today, we are going to talk about one of my favorite things…
NUUN!
Do you know about Nuun?
If you don’t, allow me to tell you…
Nuun is an electrolyte tab that has no sugars or carbs.
It is delicious and is great for runners.
I drink Nuun every. single. day.
No joke.
My excuse?
I need more electrolytes!
The truth is, I am probably the most electrolyted person on the planet.
I realize electrolyted is not a word… but I don’t care.
So there.
I keep a large stash in my desk…
and I have a HUGE stash at home.
For reals.
I prefer to drink Nuun All Day, while at work.
Blueberry Pomegranate is the best…
If you didn’t know… Nuun All Day has vitamins in it!
And vitamins are awesome.
Duh.
Which means it’s good for you and you should keep drinking it!
Those marketing geniuses…
Whenever I go out on a run, I throw a Nuun Energy into my water bottle.
(Cherry Limeade is my jam)
Not sure how much actual energy it gives me,
But HEY it says Energy on it…
So it must be awesome.
Right??
And then there is Nuun Plus.
It has carbs and electrolytes to fuel you during those long training runs and races.
It is flavorless, so I like to mix in a couple tabs of regular Nuun or Nuun Energy (for an extra kick).
I have used Nuun Plus during my last 3 Half Marathons.
It has really helped me finish strong and stay hydrated.
I love it!

Well I am all signed up and have never used Nuun. I honestly thought it was exclusively a UK thing. I did not realize it was here in the US. I may try it either way as I am building up my miles and am finding the need for things like this. Whoever said running was cheap lied to me!
