I am back from my fantastic vacation in San Diego.
I had such a great time that I really didn’t want to come back.
But, alas… I had to.

We are going to talk about chafing today.
Chafing is my arch nemesis.
About a month ago, I was complaining on Instagram (if you don’t you should)…that my running shirts were making me chafe on my chest.
Weird, I know.
Not only was it totally random and weird, but it was painful and embarrassing!
There was a running joke around my office that I had a secret boyfriend who was giving me hickies, because I had spots like this on the regular.
Like I said, embarrassing!

I am proud to say that I have not had a “hickie” problem since.
I have put this product through the ringer…
I used it on my legs when I wore shorts at the Surf City Half Marathon in February.
Not only did I not chafe, but it lasted through the entire race!!
And believe me, it was HOT and I was sweaty!!!
It is easy to use and it dries very quickly.
I also like to roll it on my feet to help prevent hot spots (which majorly suck by the way).
It totally works.
