Today I have for you one of my laziest and most used recipes.
Broccoli Slaw “Spaghetti”
Admittedly, I am one the laziest humans on the planet when it comes to food.
I am single and I live by myself, so if its easy, quick and doesn’t require much effort, I am down.
I really don’t.
During the week, I usually don’t sit down to eat dinner until 7:30 or 8 PM.
I DO NOT have time cook an elaborate meal.
So, I have settled on cooking this meal on a regular basis for the last year or so.
It’s quick, it’s filling, it’s healthy and it gets the job done.
I usually buy 5-6 bags of broccoli slaw at a time.
And the cashier at Trader Joe’s usually makes some snarky comment about how I must really like broccoli slaw…
But I ignore them.
Anyway, here is the recipe!
Broccoli slaw (I use Trader Joe’s brand)
Put the bag of unopened broccoli slaw in the microwave (or steam it in a pan)
Cook for 3-5 minutes until slaw is soft
Add spaghetti sauce
