I think I can, I think I can…

Hello and Happy day to you!

As many of you know, I just (praise the Lord!) recovered from a minor hamstring injury that forced me to pull out of Rock n’ Roll San Diego.


But! I am back running and haven’t had any problems with my hamstring since.


I do, however, feel as though I have lost some fitness.

Or maybe it is in my head?

Who knows.

In all honesty, since Rock n’ Roll LA, running and I have not been BFFs…

If I was in the cafeteria back in High School and running asked if it could sit at my table (which was obviously not at the “Cool Kids” table) I would say “NO!”.

Some days I wake up and I do not want to run (today being one of them)…

How To Talk Yourself Into Running… When You Really Don’t Want To.

HELLO! How are you today?

I am super fabulous.


I had an 13 mile long run over the weekend that went well.


Although my mileage was VERY low last week- I can’t complain.

No, no I can’t.

Sooooooo… I must mention that I started writing this post last Friday and forgot about it.


Better late than never, right?


Anyway, I did not feel like running last Thursday night, or Saturday morning for that matter.


My legs were a little sore after my lovely hill repeat workout on Wednesday.

Hiatus from blogging.
