Mestrength Electrolyte & Creatine Drink Mix Review

Happy day to you.

I hope you are doing well.

Personally, I am extremely hydrated and feeling good.

Ya feel me?

Disclaimer: I received a box of MESTRENGTH thanks to Bibrave’s BibRavePro ambassadorship.

Most runners know how important it is to stay hydrated and have balanced electrolytes throughout the day and (especially) during runs.

But, did you know?

Muscle cells require two essential ingredients to function properly- fluids and energy.

So, might be asking yourself…

“How can I get both the fluids and the energy that my muscles need?”

Allow me to introduce you to Mestrength!

Mestrength, this is my friend.

My friend, this is Mestrength.

There, now you are acquainted.

Mestrength provides the fluids and the energy that our muscles need in a zero calorie, sugar free, stimulant free beverage powder.

It combines 5 key electrolytes for hydration with 5 grams of creatine.

This helps us get the most out of our workout.

Mestrength uses high-quality and time-tested ingredients.

It is gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian.

Super cool right?

I will admit, I was not a fan of the product the first time I tried it.

It is sweeter than what I had anticipated, which threw me off a bit.

But was advised to not give up just yet and to try all of the flavors.

Which I did!

And as you can see from the picture above….

I had the genius idea to combine the lemon lime flavored Mestrength (which I realllllly like) with a lemon lime flavored sparkling water.

The combination of the two created a water volcanic explosion in my recently cleaned kitchen.

After trying alllllllll 5 of the flavors that I received in the kit I was sent, I decided that I liked the lemon lime, fruit punch and grape- lemon lime being my obvious favorite.

Interested in trying Mestrength for yourself?

Go to and tell ’em I sent you!

Sounds good, never tried it! I found a local (Austrian) product that works well for me, but it contains a lot of sugars…. Since I’m not concerned with calories I’m fine with it, but zero sugar is definitely healthier.
